How the work is delivered
The windows are measured, ordered and installed by our installation crew — a St. Louis-area crew that works under this brand for the jobs you order here. We do not operate a showroom or a sales floor; the research, the estimate and the shortlist are on this site, and the measure, the quote and the install are the crew's. That is the whole operation, and it is why there is no in-home presentation: there is nobody whose job is to give one.
What we publish that others do not
- Prices. Our planning bands are on the cost guide and in the instant estimate. As of October 2026 no other St. Louis installer publishes a price.
- Rules. The City's permit criteria, the Cultural Resources Office's approved window list and each historic district's standard, St. Charles County's four-window rule, the lead-safe rule and why windows are its exception — with the sources named, and with the rows we could not verify marked as such. See permits and the district rules.
- Our mistakes. If a figure or a rule on this site is wrong, tell us through the quote form with "correction" in the message. We fix it and note the date on the page.

How a quote happens
Estimate online → shortlist → photos and rough sizes → one measure visit → written quote good for thirty days → order → install. How it works walks it; get a quote starts it.
What we are not
Not a discounter with "free" windows priced into the paid ones. Not a brand's dealer page. Not a lead-selling directory — your request goes to the crew that will do the work, not to three strangers. Not a planning blog that cannot install; the guides exist because the work is better when the buyer understands it.
